On the second day, from Trilj across the Trilj field, the road continues along several road crossings to the town of Sinj and the small Basilica of Our Lady of Sinj.
Part of the path is a macadam path along the Cetina River.
Directly next to the small basilica, there are various accommodation and catering facilities, a market, shops, and a pharmacy.
The availability of accommodation in between and at the end of each recommended daily route is very good.
Some pilgrims select their accommodation at one destination on Camino Central Dalmatia route and use local taxi services to get to and from daily stages.
In the town of Sinj there is a hotel, a hostel and private apartments of various categories.
