Thanks to the movie “The Way” most people think that the only “true Camino” is the Camino Frances route. However, pilgrims walked the Camino from their homes and back. Since pilgrims came from all over Europe and Spain, there is whole network of Camino routes leading to Santiago de Compostela stretching all over Europe. Thanks to the enthusiasm and hard work by many Camino associations in Europe, you can walk across the continent following the yellow arrows to Santiago de Compostela.
