The Proložac area is a little different from the harsh rocky landscape. However, leaving the Green Cathedral, we come to the Prolog Bridge, under which the water is rarely visible. Crossing the bridge, turn left and follow the sidewalk to the parish church of St. Mihovil on the left. Next to the parish cemetery, the road continues straight until crossing a watering place where a stone house greets us, while we turn right onto a macadam road through Prolog fields. After a long walk along the plain fields, we are greeted by the road where it turns right and goes up to Lokvičiće. While next to the church of Christ the King in Lokvičići we welcome the magnificent view of Prološko blato, the path continues uphill towards Gornji Kavelj and through Gadž and Nikolić to Bođnjak. These villages are mostly deserted, without bars and shops for rest and supplies, so be sure to bring enough water, especially in warmer months. The route passes along numerous stone walls that mark small plots of land excavated from the rockery.

As the route veers off the pavement onto narrow dirt roads, the scenery may remind you somewhat of Galicia – the region in Spain where all the Camino routes end in Santiago de Compostela.

There are many abandoned stone houses lying in ruins along the route, and they are silent witnesses to the harsh economic perspective of these regions over the decades. Stony soil hinders the development of agriculture.

After the village of Bošnjaci, the day ends at the parish church in the center of Lovreć.

Accommodation availability at the end of each daily route is very limited. Most pilgrims select their accommodation at one destination on Camino Imota and use local taxi services to get to and from daily stages.
