Along the footpath, the route quickly leaves Lovreć following the road towards Šamije, and after turns right towards the entrance to Cista Provo. The center of this village, with its shops and bars, offers an opportunity to take a break.

The Path leads further to the church of St. Peter, in front of which it turns to the right and ascends through the hamlets to the macadams with Dalmatian vegetation, which ascends to the first windmills. The route continues through a pine forest that offers welcome shade in the warmer months.

As the path widens, there are views of the windmills on top of the hill, reminiscent of the climb to Alto de Pedron on the Camino Frances (only without the pilgrim sculptures). The path continues downhill marked with yellow arrows on stones along the path. The descent leads to the road and sidewalk on the right, which, following the yellow arrows on the sidewalk, leads to a slight left turn to the archaeological site of Crikvine, a place worth visiting.

If you look to the left, just before the turn to Crikvine, you will see a very unusual sight – a huge stone ship, in the middle of the mainland. It wasn’t a huge wave that brought it here, just an unusual architectural taste.

The road takes us straight past the shrine of the saint, which bears the pilgrim’s name in his honor – the church of St. Jakov (Santiago) in Cista Velika.

Continuing the walk, first along the road, and then along the macadam road, you reach the end of the section to Biorine.

Accommodation availability at the end of each daily route is very limited. Most pilgrims select their accommodation at one destination on Camino Imota route  and use local taxi services to get to and from daily stages.
