Program:
SATURDAY 3. 05. 2025.
7:30 AM | Mass at the Church of the Holy Cross, Križevci
8:00 AM | Exhibition Opening “Camino the Way that connects
8:30 AM | Organized Breakfast
9:00 AM | Start of the Camino!
Scenic hike toward Kalnik with stops at the Chapel of St. Mark of Križevci and the Greek Catholic Cathedral, where you’ll learn about these historic churches.
A refreshing longer break by the beautiful Čabraji Lake.
4:30 PM | Arrival in Kalnik
– For those heading back, a return bus to Križevci is available.
– Stay overnight in the Veterans’ Home (bring your own sleeping bag; sanitary facilities available).
– Explore Kalnik with an evening guided tour and enjoy a hearty traditional dinner (think goulash or something equally delicious!).
– The Church of St. Brcko will remain open for quiet reflection.
SUNDAY 4. 05. 2025.
7:00 | Morning Mass in Kalnik
8:00 |Organized Breakfast
8:30 | Departure toward Varaždinske Toplice
A beautiful concluding hike through scenic landscapes.
14:00 | Arrival at St. Martin’s Church
Blessing and Compostela ceremony to mark the completion of your journey!
Organized lunch after the ceremony and organized return by bus to Kalnik and Križevci.
Additional activities in Varaždinske Toplice (as arranged).
